We are looking for Customer Support Manager located in Athens:
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing Customer Support Team’s performance.
Promote exceptional customer service, meet revenue goals and promote Team’s morale - Maintain a high-performing, motivated, and energized team by creating an environment of high employee engagement and personal accountability that delivers premium value and drives results
- Maintain excellent relationships with supervisors in order to develop productivity in all sectors and departments
- The Customer Support Manager is expected to maintain and drive positive results in employee, customer and shareholder satisfaction
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years travel industry experience required
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership / supervisory experience
- Proven Strong knowledge of reservation systems (WSPAN / AMADEUS / SABRE)
- Excellent coaching and developing skills
- Possess excellent change management skills and effectively apply in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Sound analytical/problem solving skills
- Understanding of business financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to achieve business goals and objectives
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully resolve customer issues
- Ability to manage change and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to interface and develop strong relationships with both customers and employees
- This position requires flexibility in schedule
