With the message “Travel to the land of unlimited opportunity with Eurowings.” The German airline will further expand its attractive long-haul portfolio in the upcoming summer flight schedule with three new routes to the USA: from 1 May 2016, the three cities of Las Vegas, Miami and Boston will also feature in Eurowings’ steadily growing flight schedule from Cologne/Bonn.
With destinations in the Caribbean (Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Varadero), Thailand (Phuket, Bangkok) as well as Dubai, Mauritius und Teheran, the airline will then fly to a total of eleven long-haul locations. The new flights to the USA can also be booked via www.lufthansa.com. Travel agents too can book the flights via Lufthansa.

Las Vegas, the city of gambling and endless entertainment, is certainly one of the most attractive and most popular destinations for German holidaymakers in the USA. Flight days for Eurowings will be Wednesdays and Saturdays. The airline will take off from Cologne/Bonn at 11.15 and touch down in Las Vegas at 14.00 local time, the return flight will leave at 15.45 local Las Vegas time.
Miami is situated in the sunny state of Florida in the southeast of the USA and is the centre of a metropolitan area with a population of around 5.5 million. Eurowings will take off for Miami every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday – at 11.40 in each case. The airline will touch down in Miami at 16.10 local Miami time and will take off for the return flight to Cologne/Bonn at 17.55.

Boston is the capital of the state of Massachusetts on the northeast coast of the United States. The city is one of the oldest, wealthiest and most culturally appealing cities in the USA – and an important centre of education with Harvard University, for example, in the region. Eurowings will take off for Boston on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Take-off will be at 13.40 and the plane will touch down in Boston at 15.45 local time with the return flight to Cologne/Bonn at 17.30 local time.

The three new destinations in the USA will also be operated with an Airbus A330 combining comfortable seating with a state-of-the-art on-board entertainment system.
