The 3rd Thai Food Festival comes back to fill the Astir Palace with the exotic aromas of Thailand. The Westin Athens in collaboration with the Royal Thai Embassy, Etihad Airways, Travel Plan and Athens Insider magazine organizes a fortnight of Thai aromas and flavours from 19 September to 6 October 2012.
Thai chefs Cherdhong Sonkanok Saowanee Sunsa from The Westin Bangkok prepare unique dishes that will transport guests to the magical world of Thailand. Take the opportunity to enjoy warm Thai culture through an exotic range of dishes, including salads with papaya and mango, delicious dishes with curry and aromatic herbs and spicy Thai soups with authentic ingredients.Savour exotic Thai flavors daily from Monday to Thursday from 19:00 -23:30, Fridays and Saturdays from 19:00 -24:00and Sundays from 13:00-18:00.
As partof the Thai Food Festival, guests will also have the opportunity to participate in Thai gastronomy lessons with Westin’s expert chefs on September 29 and October 3 at a cost of €30 including lunch. Also, Olive Tree Spa introduces you to the secrets of authentic Thai massage with special seminars and demonstrations on 25 and 27 September respectively, from 17:00-19:00,with participation costs at € 10perperson.
