ITA Airways operates from Athens to Rome Fiumicino 4 daily flights ensuring convenient connections to the entire network of destinations, namely 15 Italian destinations, 25 international destinations and 15 intercontinental destinations.
The Italian Carrier currently operates eight connections to the United States and Canada, following the recent opening of nonstop flights from Rome Fiumicino to Chicago in April and Toronto earlier in May, adding to the direct already operated flights to New York, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington and San Francisco.
Starting October 31st, ITA Airways will enhance its Rome – Miami route with two additional frequencies, increasing from 7 to 9 per week. The new flights are scheduled on Thursdays and Saturdays.
In South America during the peak of the summer season, ITA Airways will offer up to 29 weekly frequencies (58 flights), namely 9 weekly frequencies from Rome Fiumicino to Buenos Aires, up to 13 weekly frequencies from Rome Fiumicino to Sao Paulo and 7 weekly frequencies for Rio de Janeiro.
The Company’s intercontinental network also includes flights from Rome to Tokyo, New Delhi and Male (Maldives).
At the heart of the Company’s strategy is its ambition to be an ambassador of Made in Italy by offering personalized services and ensuring a completely Italian in-flight experience at every stage of the journey. This goal is achieved thanks to important partnerships with renowned Italian brands, such as Brunello Cucinelli, who designed the uniforms of the crew and ground staff, Walter De Silva, who created the interiors of ITA Airways’ new aircraft, and starred Italian chefs, who are signing the on-board gastronomic offerings. One of the Company’s strategic pillars is also its commitment to sustainability, achieved through a continuous fleet renewal with technologically advanced and efficient aircraft.
