On Friday, March 8th, ’24, the Royal Jordanian Embraer 195 E2 Jet arrived in Athens.
In a festive atmosphere at the departure gate of Athens airport, passengers had the opportunity to hear a brief presentation about the aircraft and its features, while employees from the sales department of Royal Jordanian Athens offered them traditional Jordanian sweets.
The new aircraft, without middle seats, offers great comfort in the economy class, while the first-class seats have been designed with an impressive 135-centimeter pitch! The aircraft also features very large overhead bin space, ambient lighting, and leather seats. Passengers can enjoy wireless Wi-Fi connectivity, streaming entertainment, and seatback device holders for personal electronics.
Compared to its predecessor, the E2 is 63% quieter and, thanks to its aerodynamic improvements, achieves double-digit lower fuel consumption compared to the current generation of E-Jets.
