Athens International Airport invites its passengers and visitors to new destinations, with yet another cultural experience that will “bring to life” the DNA of places and cultures at the airport, through the Cultural DestiNAtions programme.
On Friday, the 26tth of January, at the Departures Level of Athens International Airport, we mentally travel to Korea, an extraordinary destination.
Visitors and passengers at the Athens International Airport will experience unique Korean customs, music and dance, taste fine local recipes, get to know the works of Korean artists, while having the opportunity to engage with the Korean landscapes through a Photo Booth.
An impressive costumes’ display, music and unique K-pop dances by the group Adore Us, a spectacle inspired by the Korean culture, “brings” Korea at the Athens International Airport for a day dedicated to its traditions.
With Korea as the third destination, the Cultural DestiNAtions programme -a cultural project of the Athens International Airport under the artistic direction of the modern culture platform ελculture– will continue with experiences from unique countries around the world, in an open dialogue with the customs and characteristics of each culture, with plenty of music, culinary delights and many surprises!
In cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Hellenic Republic and K-wave Greece.
Cultural DestiNAtions events take place in an area open to the public, on the Departures Level of Athens International Airport.
