IKIES Santorini launches for the first time the New Gastronomic Experience of the In Room Private Dining service, where guests may enjoy dishes inspired by Greek Cuisine, made with local Santorini products, such as: Santorini fava with ‘apaki’ and caramelized onions, Traditional Tomato meatballs with yogurt sauce, Lamb with chives and Santorini white eggplant puree with ‘Vinsanto’ sauce and many more. Guests may choose a la carte or one of the three Set Menu that has been tastefully designed by Chef Socrates Meliganis.
