AVIACON GmbH, Frankfurt-based aviation management consulting company and a subsidiary of AVIAREPS AG, has just launched its business. It was jointly established based on the vast experience in the aviation business of AVIAREPS AG and Feuerherd Aviation Consulting GmbH.
AVIACON aims at providing cutting edge solutions for airlines, airports and related stakeholders, by deploying its know how supported by its wide network of internal and external experts. The company is a lean organization that is not bound by corporate politics, a large administration or a costly overhead. The company always aims at serving its clients with the target of ensuring the most efficient operations.
The concept of AVIACON is simple: passion for the aviation industry. The A-P-A-I-M approach standing for Assess, Plan, Agree, Implement and Measure was developed and is lived by the start-up. Services include amongst others Airline Health Check, Corporate and Partial Assessments, Airline Restructuring, Set-up and management of Cost Reduction Programs, Business Plan development or review, Variety of Commercial Investigations, Benchmarking and Change Management.
