A few days ago, Air France introduced two new free services which use the latest in mobile technology:
. “Air France Connect“, a new exclusive free service, without subscription or membership, informs customers of changes and irregularities concerning their trip. Air France and KLM are the first airlines to offer such an extensive proactive information service to all passengers on their entire network.
. A mobile website and apps enabling customers to purchase tickets and manage their reservations directly on their mobile phone.
Air France Connect: keeps you informed in real time
Using the mobile phone number and e-mail address customers give when booking their ticket, Air France will inform them from 14 days before departure either by phone, text message or e-mail of any cancellation, delay or change of boarding gate or, after take-off, of any delayed baggage delivery. This service is free of charge and will initially be available in 8 languages.
