Designed by the internationally acclaimed architecture studio Goddard Littlefair, the space masterfully blends neoclassical luxury with contemporary comfort. Inspired by the rhythm and energy of Athens, George, The Lobby Bar opens itself to the city’s light and pulse, transforming its interior into an elegant extension of urban life. It is a modern social stage  where people from all over the world meet spontaneously, share moments and become part of the city’s living tradition of hospitality. Soft lighting, earthy tones, bespoke furniture, and artistic details inspired by nature and Greek architecture create an inviting scene; the perfect setting for a morning espresso, a business lunch, or an evening cocktail.

The space is adorned with exquisite examples of Modern Greek Art*, highlighting the dialogue between art and hospitality. Among the featured artists are the eminent Yiannis Moralis, Nikos Hadjikyriakos-Ghika, and Spyros Vassiliou, alongside contemporary creators such as Filippos Theodoridis, Tina Karageorgi, Peggy Kliafa, Heliodora Margellou, Sophia Petropoulou, and photographer Zetta Antsakli. For breakfast, brunch, or lunch, the menu curated by Michelin-starred chefs Asterios Koustoudis and Nikos Livadias features classic international selections alongside refined Greek products. Each dish reflects a sense of finesse and tradition, ideal for business meetings, casual breaks, or leisurely escapes. Homemade breads take center stage featured in artisanal sandwiches, warm pies, fluffy brioches, and savory tarts, while a highlight of the menu is the nostalgic creation “Bread, Butter & Honey”, inspired by a simple yet magical childhood breakfast. Faithful to the vision of authentic, sustainable gastronomy that respects nature and champions local production, every ingredient tells a story: The honey comes from the hotel’s adopted beehives in Kerkini, Serres, the pure goat and sheep butter is sourced from Grevena region, made with milk from animals fed on nutrient-rich natural forage and the sourdough loaves are kneaded and baked daily in the hotel’s own bakery. The breakfast jams are handmade from handpicked fruit from the fertile plains and mountain villages of Larissa, free from added sugars and bursting with natural flavor.

A standout highlight is the trolley viennoiserie, a mobile display of irresistible, handcrafted sweet and savory pastries freshly baked in-house and served warm, inviting guests to select their favorites on the spot. Prepared tableside by skilled bartenders using a striking mobile cart, the ritual allows guests to personalize their drink by choosing from a range of aromatic bitters presented as exclusive aromatic sprays, created in-house by the bar team.
