Cyprus Airways Schedule Changes Due to Delayed OF 2 A220 Deliveries

Cyprus Airways deeply regrets the changes experienced in the past
weeks and wishes to inform our valued customers and partners of
necessary adjustments to our flight schedule have been completed.
These changes were due to unforeseen delays in the delivery of our new
Airbus A220 aircrafts. Originally, these aircraft were scheduled to join
our fleet in time for the peak summer travel season at the end of May.
However, delivery has been postponed, impacting our planned
operations.
Despite our proactive efforts to mitigate the impact of this delay,
including seeking alternative solutions with ACMI and collaborating
closely with the Travel Agents , the current situation has compelled us to
adjust our schedule. We recognize that these changes may have causes
inconvenience and frustration, and we sincerely apologize to all affected
passengers.
Details of the Schedule Changes:
 Affected routes saw adjustments primarily in the form of reduced
flight frequencies rather than complete cancellations.
 We focused these reductions on routes with alternative travel
options to minimize disruption.
 All impacted customers have received notifications with available
alternatives, including options to rebook on different flights or
request a full refund.
