SA announces a new franchisee agreement with Hertz International, for
the use of the Hertz brand in the country of Serbia. For this purpose,
Autohellas will proceed with the establishment of a new company in Serbia.
The agreement is in line with Authohellas’ long term expansion planning
and is not expected to have a significant effect on the company’s
financial figures in the medium-term.

Autohellas Hertz: Increase in turnover reported Autohellas for the first quarter of 2008

increase in turnover reported once again Autohellas/Hertz during the
first quarter of 2008. In more detail, consolidated turnover reached
€27.6mill, from €24mill, an increase of 15%.
Earnings before tax, depreciation and investment results (EBITDA)
have also increased by 8.6% reaching €13.9mill from €12.8mill in
the first quarter of 2007. It must be mentioned that the turnover
increase is a result of both short and long-term business showing a
positive trend these first 3 months.

χώρας, με την οποία ζητά να εντατικοποιηθούν
οι έλεγχοι των λεωφορείων με τα οποία
θα μετακινηθούν οι μαθητές των σχολείων,
εν όψει της έναρξης της περιόδου των
σχολικών εκδρομών (αναμένονται 2500 –
3500 σχολικές εκδρομές).

dividend per share of €0.25 for 2006 has
been approved be the Annual Shareholders Meeting of Autohellas ATEE,
that took place on the 20th
of April 2007.
Shareholders who are on record at the end of the trading day on the
24th
of April 2007 are entitled to the dividend. Ex dividend date is the
25th
of April 2007 and payment will be made on Friday 4th May 2007 through
the National Bank of Greece.

Shareholders Meeting of Autohellas ATEE, that took place on the 11th of
May 2006. Dividend yield stands at 55,4% taken the closing price on the

on the 15th of May 2006 are entitled to the dividend. Ex dividend date
