“Great management & simple clean hotel”
We stayed here for 5 nights in late October. As a family of 4 with two small children. Beautiful sea views from our balcony & parking onsite made it easy for us. The management were superb, made us feel very welcome & were always smiling & helpful. Overall this is a great clean hotel for the budget conscious if you’re not particularly fussy.
Pros; amazing views, parking onsite, great pool area (too cold for us though this time of year), good size rooms & very clean, excellent management. Breakfast buffet available onsite.

A perfect hotel, with big rooms and a wonderful view. Mr Yiannis makes sure you will feel like home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast always fresh and tasty. The maids make a very nice work. I totally recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, lovely big room, very clean with amazing views over the bay. Easy walk to the beach, only five minutes. Didn’t use pool but it looked nice and clean. Breakfast great also. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with home made products (yoghurt, jam, honey). Large terrace with beautiful view on Tolo. Very spacious private parking place. Large living room and fantastic shower. Space for arranging your clothing is rather limited. Don’t expect too much from the kitchen equipment (absolute minimum). For the beach you need a car. For the Tolo city center you can go by foot but it is a steep climb back. So certainly recommended for a short stay.

The Hotel Amaryllis is set slightly back from the center of the resort of Tolo and is easily accessible from the Ring road. It is quiet and offers absolutely stunning views of the bay and Koronisi Island. Yiannis, Leonie, Martina and Theodora are incredibly friendly and helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble. Our room (401) was clean and spacious with excellent air-conditioning and breathtaking views over Tolo. There is a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols and a very reasonable snack/drinks bar. Plentiful breakfasts are served in a delightful Breakfast Room where bacon, omelette, fresh bread, cereals, cold meats and cheese, yoghurt and honey are available. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are provided. We had a wonderful holiday in Tolo and the Hotel Amaryllis and its staff played a big part. Already planning when we can return!

I wish we could have stayed here longer than two nights! The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful. In this hotel you have a very good shower. The breakfast in the hotel is good and restaurants for lunch or dinner are nearby. The beach is just a ten minute walk from the hotel. The pool is relaxing, especially if you are here at the beginning of the season when there are not so many tourists. During our stay we have visited Nafplio and Epidavros. Epidavros is a must see if you visit the Peloponnesus.

We have had a holiday in Greece for the past 26 years, and Amaryllis is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The hotel offers breathtaking views,ample parking, clean ,modern rooms with free WIFI and air conditioning, and well maintained pool in a peaceful setting. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis by an efficient team.
There are cooking facilities, but we preferred to have a snack from the bar lunchtime and eat out in the evenings.
Having a separate bedroom from living area is a real bonus and real hard to find.
Breakfast offers a superb variety to suit all tastes. Bar snacks are freshly prepared, high quality and reasonably priced.
The hotel is on a hill above the family bustle of Tolo, offering the best of both worlds.
The proprietor and his staff are welcoming and friendly and will go the extra mile to accommodate guests and provide information to help make your stay in Tolo enjoyable.
We will be recommending Amaryllis Hotel Apartments, and will return ourselves.

This was my 3rd visit to the Amaryllis Apartments along with other family members who were on their 6th time there. For us it is the perfect place to stay and we really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and great service. The apartments are very clean and having the separate bedroom and sitting room rather than just a bedroom as in most hotels is much nicer. Breakfast is buffet style with hot and cold selections, plenty of choice and everything very tasty. There are all the basics provided if you wish to self cater but we enjoy dining out at night in the local restaurants. The apartments are situated a little way up quite a steep hill from the beach road but this makes for a great view to be enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out over the town and the bay. The pool area is lovely with sun beds provided and snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
Yiannis and all his staff are very helpful and friendly and I’ve no hesitation in recommending The Amaryllis …..we’ll definitely be back again.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel is very difficult to find. Once you realise where it is its quite simple, but the address is not clear at all. Very handy that it has its own parking area. The owner helped us plan our trip, referred us to restaurant, he provided a very personal service.

A small family (apartments) hotel on the hill above Tolo, Argolida, Greece. It is very clean, modern and quiet. Perfect for the weekends since its just one and a half hours away from Athens and just 15 minutes from the magical town of Nafplio.
The owners preserve it perfectly and they seem to know the job very well. From early April to late October you will find visitors from all over Europe, as well as Greeks, that keep visiting it every year!
“Excellent choice for family vacations”
We spent 3 wonderful days. We enjoyed the hospitality and the kindness of the personnel. The location of the hotel could be characterized as strategic, because you can take a walk in Tolo without using the car, or by car, in a few kilometers you can get yourself in Nayplion; the magical city of Argolida.
The interior design of the hotel is great, with beautiful decoration.
Rooms are very clean and they have large balconies with a nice view of Tolo.
The hotel has central air conditioning system which is quiet and accurate in temperature control.
It also has a wonderful swimming pool (kids friendly).
The price is logical. And the beverages that the hotel is offering for extra are in low levels.
Amazing breakfast!
We can’t wait till next Summer to go again…
Room Tip: I would recommend choosing rooms that located from 2nd floor and above. They have excellent view.

We stayed at Hotel Amaryllis in a family apartment with balcony and partial sea view. The rooms were of a very good standard, with excellent service of daily cleaning. There was a delicious breakfast and the swimming pool was always clean and not too busy. Mr Patouras and his staff members Roulla, Leonie and Katia were very friendly, with a personal touch and they were always available to help with any requests that we had. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back!

Perched on the hillside above town, and with no other buildings in its line of sight, Amaryllis probably has a more beautiful view of the northern Argolic Gulf than any other hotel, whether in Tolo or elsewhere. The apartment was very modern and tastefully decorated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking was plentiful, and although the bed was a bit too soft for my taste, the “hands-free” shower was a treat.

This is one of the best locations we have ever been during our holidays. Very clean, with great staff and great facilities. It’s design and position make it a wonderful place, able to satisfy all the seaside lovers. During our stay we could admire the sea beauty directly from our bed. Breakfast was ritch and fresh.
